Overview
This site is a static informational prototype and is designed with privacy-minimizing defaults. By design, the prototype does not run behavioral advertising networks and does not deploy active third-party analytics by default. The following describes current practice and considerations should the site adopt interactive features in the future.

No behavioral advertising and limited tracking
The prototype does not support behavioral advertising. If, in the future, advertising or third-party tracking is introduced, the site will disclose those changes clearly and describe opt-out choices. Any future adoption of advertising networks will be implemented openly and with a mechanism to opt out where feasible.
Cookies and similar technologies
At present, the site does not use persistent cookies for tracking visitors across sites. If cookies are introduced for functionality such as login or personalization, they will be documented and explained. Users will be informed about the purpose of cookies, the type of data stored, and how to clear or disable them through browser settings. The site aims to keep cookie use to the minimum necessary for functionality.

Analytics and measurements
There are no active analytics scripts by default on this prototype. If analytics are later enabled for the purpose of improving content, they will be implemented in a privacy-preserving manner and restricted to aggregated metrics where possible. The site will explain what metrics are collected and how long aggregated data is retained.

Contact form and email handling
The site may include a contact-form prototype that does not transmit data until explicitly connected to an email or form service. If you contact the editorial team by email at [email protected], that correspondence will be handled by the editorial team to respond to enquiries, corrections, and rights requests. Email content received will be used only to address your request and related editorial processes unless you explicitly agree to further contact. Standard email privacy risks apply because email transmission is not encrypted end-to-end by default.
Newsletter and optional subscriptions
If a newsletter feature is offered later, it will be an explicit opt-in. Subscription details will state exactly what information is collected, how it is stored, and how you can opt out. This prototype does not automatically collect subscriber information at this time.

Data retention and deletion
The site retains editorial contact records only as long as necessary to respond to enquiries and to meet reasonable archival needs for correction history. Retention policies are conservative: unnecessary personal data is not held. If you request deletion of personal data held by the editorial team, send a clear request to [email protected] and the team will respond with steps taken or any applicable limits to deletion, such as data retained for legal reasons or to preserve correction history with minimal identifiers redacted where feasible.
Your rights and access
EU residents who seek access, correction, or deletion rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) may submit requests to [email protected]. The team will respond to verifiable requests to the extent reasonably required by law. For U.S. residents, the site follows common privacy practices and honors verifiable requests for access, correction, or deletion, subject to limits such as archival retention for editorial correction logs and legal compliance obligations.
Practical limits and security
The editorial team strives to protect data but cannot promise absolute security. Practical limits include the standard risks of email interception and the possibility of third-party service vulnerabilities if optional features are enabled. The site will notify users promptly of any material change to privacy practices and provide clear mechanisms for data access and opt-out where relevant.

Changes to this policy
Because this is a prototype, privacy practices may change. Any material changes will be posted on the privacy page and summarized in a clear notice on the site. If you have questions about privacy, contact [email protected].
